Secure website
All commerce transactions are processed via secure servers. Web technology services for this website are outsourced to Sitemason. Sitemason's technology allows us to take every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via our website (such as a credit card number), that information is protected with the industry-standard encryption software - SSL. While on a secure page, the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'.

While Sitemason uses SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only staff members who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.

Sitemason servers are kept in locked cases in a secure facility. This facility is protected by a card-access system and a closed-circuit video surveillance system that is monitored 24 hours a day.

Return/Refund Policy
Book orders, including case orders, may be refunded if you are unhappy with the product for any reason. All refunds are provided to our customers in the form of a check in the name of the person / organization designated in the "Billing Information" at time of purchase. Refund checks are mailed within 7-10 days of receipt of returned product. All returned product should be sent to:
